Description
February 2017 - This began as a daily meditation of intention. Emotional well-being can be fostered through focusing on feelings instead of thoughts and by being attuned to the heart instead of the mind. It was a ritual each night to gauge how my heart felt and to witness how those feelings translated into colors. This resulted in a month-long project chronicling the colors of the heart.
This collage is comprised of acrylic and watercolor paint, magazine clippings, and alcohol ink, on either yupo or 140 lb cold press paper.
